The following pages contain a selection of photographs
taken during the time I lived in Ghana, West Africa.
The photographs in Gallery 1 were all taken at the
funeral of the King of Ashanti, Daasebre Osei Tutu Agyeman Prempeh
II. There are few pictures of such events in West Africa and I feel
that they deserve a wider audience.
To see a larger version just double click on any
of the small images on the following pages.
The rest of the photographs come from many towns
and villages throughout the country. Some were taken at festivals
and funerals, others reflect daily life or were taken just out of
interest.
I have put many of the best photographs in a book which you can see and download by clicking here.
